As a co-founder of Arpco Valves & Controls, LLC and Arpco Supply, LLC Bobbie Hurley-O’Dell brings thoughtful leadership and strategic foresight to a company dedicated to safety in the oil and gas industry. Her approach to leadership is centered on understanding and addressing the unique challenges of the field, fostering an inclusive company culture that strongly values work-life balance.
After years of struggling to find the right information to grow her company, Bobbie co-founded Arpco Legacy Enterprises to provide resources and guidance for other entrepreneurs — so they don’t have to struggle like she did.
Away from work, Bobbie’s greatest joys come from spending time with her husband, Stacey, and their five headstrong granddaughters, who never cease to inspire her with their boldness and curiosity.
Gary Turner
With over four decades in the oil and gas industry, Gary Turner brings deep operational knowledge and real-world experience to his work with Arpco Legacy Enterprises. As a co-founder of Arpco Valves & Controls, and Arpco Supply, LLC his background in field operations, safety systems, and hands-on problem-solving equips him with the insight to help other business owners build smarter, more resilient operations.
Gary is also a committed community advocate, supporting children’s programs and college scholarship fundraisers—causes he passionately champions. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University and lifelong outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, competitive fishing, and managing a wildlife program on his land. More than anything, Gary values time with his family—his wife, two daughters, son, and beloved grandchildren.
